Presenters, of music, demos, workshops and papers MUST be registered with the conference for their work to be included in the program and conference proceedings.

Everyone attending the conference must register. If a performance/presentation involves multiple participants, some of whom are not attending the conference, at least one member of the group needs to register for the work to be included.

  • All registration fees below are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive
  • Conference registration fees cover attendance to all conference events, including concerts, and morning and afternoon tea. While lunch is not included there are multiple lunch options to cater for all budgets in the South Bank Precinct.
  • The NIME conference dinner is being held on Wednesday the 13 July at the Alfred and Constance in THE VANGUARD Beer Garden – 6:30 – 8:00pm.  Attendance is $75.00 in addition to the conference fees
  • NIME workshops on Monday are optional and are included in the registration fees outlined below
  • Student Registration applies to full time students only
  • Early-bird registration rates are available until the 6th 13th June 2016.

In registering to attend this conference you, the delegate, agree to the conference refund, cancellation and privacy policies as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses. The organisers do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.
